Report a pool filter data correction

Use the form below when a Pool Filter Lab page shows a part number, dimension, end cap, area, fitment or source value that you believe is wrong.

What to include

Send the page URL and describe the exact field in question. Helpful evidence can include:

• The complete part number printed on the cartridge
• The filter manufacturer and model
• Your measured outside diameter and centerline length
• The top and bottom end-cap configurations
• A clear image of the marking, cartridge or equipment label
• The title and page location of a manufacturer document
• The value shown on Pool Filter Lab and the value you believe should replace it

Do not include account credentials, payment information or other sensitive personal data. An email address is optional and is useful only if clarification is needed.

What happens after a report

We compare the report with the cited source and the parsed record. When relevant, we reproduce the parser path that created the field and check related aliases, fitments and conflicts.

If the evidence supports a change, we correct the source data, parsing rule or editorial text as appropriate and rebuild the affected output. If two credible sources still disagree, the appropriate correction may be to retain both values and clarify the conflict instead of replacing one silently.

We do not promise a response time or guarantee that every suggested change will be accepted. The methodology describes source priority, validation rules and known limitations.
